By accessing or using LoraFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using LoraFlow, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. However, by uploading content, you grant LoraFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transform your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, create, or share any content that:

• Depicts minors in any context
• Contains non-consensual imagery or deepfakes of real individuals without their explicit consent
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Violates any intellectual property rights of third parties
• Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders without notice.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payments for credits and subscriptions are processed through Telegram Stars. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Credits do not expire. Subscription benefits are active for the duration of your subscription period. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LoraFlow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our AI models, effects, and processing algorithms are proprietary technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoraFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
